THE ROLE

This position operates Sunday to Thursday with varying hours. By applying, you confirm your availability for these days.

As a Sales Assistant, your focus is on delivering outstanding customer service to create memorable shopping experiences and foster a positive brand connection.

You should be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to our customers seeking top products and brands.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador with positivity and professionalism
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
  • Assisting with customer queries and sales transactions
  • Collaborating with management and team to meet KPIs and targets
  • Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Escalating customer complaints to management
  • Completing mandatory training on products, policies, and procedures

  • Strong communication skills and engagement with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
