Liquor Team Member | BWS | Endeavour Group

Leave your mark as a BWS Team Member We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team across Australia. BWS stores are located in local communities, with over 1450 stores nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments
  • Be an advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings
  • Ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
  • Uphold service of alcohol guidelines
  • Be yourself and bring your energy to the team
About You
  • Confidently talk with customers to provide an engaging, enjoyable experience
  • Good availability across days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
  • Desire to grow your career within the business
  • Active lifestyle; you're comfortable on your feet
  • Desire to make a positive imprint in any role you grow into
