We are seeking a committed and solutions-focused Law Graduate to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills within a fun and supportive work environment.

You will be part of an energetic team with direct access to two Principals and will have the opportunity to develop your skills, assisting a well-established CTP team who work for some of the nation's largest insurers.

The role and your new team :

You will gain early exposure to clients and be part of a collegiate and hard-working team, supported by on-the-job training and professional development. We work collaboratively to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and support throughout their legal journey.

Who we are seeking :

Our ideal candidate will have recently completed their Bachelor of Laws and is looking to commence their PLT with an interest in working within Insurance Litigation.

In addition, you will possess the following :

• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues
• Excellent written communication (due to the nature of our work, this is essential)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A solid work ethic
• An open-minded approach to feedback and the ability to learn from mistakes. We are here to help you on your journey to becoming the best lawyer you can be
