About the Centre:

Welcome to Aussie Kindies Gilgandra, a rural 49 placed centre catering for children from birth – 5 years. Our Educators are passionate and deliver high quality program to support children's learning. Our centre strongly believes in offering families the opportunity for their child to learn, play and feel safe in a friendly and welcoming environment. Being a small Centre, we pride ourselves on our excellent rapport with families and the wider community. About the Role

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
  • Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
  • Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
