About the role

Duties
- Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised goals.
- Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.
Salary Benefits
You can package up to $15,900 pa of your pre-tax salary to pay for everyday expenses before income tax is calculated, meaning you take home even more pay

Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.
- Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model.
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
- Experience and ability to mentor colleagues and provide clinical supervision within framework guidelines.
- Current drivers' licence, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided).
- Current Blue Card.
