Our client is a forward-thinking national firm with a full-service platform and strong family law capability. With a presence across five states, their team is collaborative, agile, and expanding.
About the Position:
You'll run your practice your way—with marketing and ops support, flexible structures, and national reach. Whether you want equity or just freedom to build, this firm offers the right mix of independence and backing. Work with clients including HNW individuals, private clients, and business owners.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years' PAE in family law
- Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships
- Confidence managing complex or sensitive matters
- A modest portable practice is highly regarded (starting around $200k+)
