The Opportunity

We have an opportunity to join our Risk & Compliance team as a Client Audit Associate Advisor or Advisor on a 6 month FTC basis.

This role involves responding to client third party risk assessments ("Client Audits") and any associated remediation activities globally. It requires liaising with multiple functions across the Firm to ensure input is obtained. The position is inherently global and may involve working to local regulatory requirements as needed.

The Risk & Compliance function is commercially minded and focuses on adding value to the business as well as clients.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully plan, prepare and respond to Client Audits
  • Coordinate (and, where applicable, carry out) remediation activities to ensure action is taken as required
  • Work closely with the Client Audits Supervisor to develop and improve the client audit process for the Firm
  • Communicate technical jargon (particularly information security) to non-technical stakeholders (partners, clients and other business functions)
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Qualifications
  • Notable experience and technical skills within an Auditing (Internal, External, Second-Party or Third-Party), Compliance, Quality, Governance or Project Management role, or experience within Third Party/Supplier Risk Management
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic decision making and negotiation
  • Experience in discretionary decision-making and working independently to solve client and technical issues with key stakeholders; strong written and oral communication skills to present positions clearly
  • Advanced ability to manage large volumes of information in the appropriate format
  • Ability to meet strict internal and external deadlines; skilled in managing expectations and facilitating complex discussions
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, processes and technology, balancing fast pace with attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential situations
  • Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all levels across the Firm; approachable and capable of contributing to a supportive team environment
