Take your leadership and expertise across some of Queensland's most connected rural communities. As a Senior Physiotherapist with Darling Downs Health, you'll shape aged care services in facilities spanning Warwick, Toowoomba, Miles, Dalby, Wondai and Oakey. This is your chance to lead with clinical excellence, contribute to service innovation and work closely with residents, families and cross-discipline teams to ensure care is responsive, respectful and effective.

What Your Day Will Look Like….

You'll deliver tailored physiotherapy interventions that prioritise function, comfort and wellbeing for older adults across residential settings. As a clinical leader, you'll help design and refine therapy pathways, manage referrals and contribute to evidence-based initiatives that drive quality care. You'll consult with staff, engage with families and support allied health assistants through mentoring and supervision. Your practice will be adaptive—shaped by diverse community contexts—and grounded in relationships, clinical judgment and a shared commitment to better outcomes.
