THE ROLE:

You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by:

  • Achieving and exceeding guest hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring the presentation of the hotel is of a high standard in cleanliness and appearance.
  • Cleaning all general areas, including bathrooms, and replenishing amenities to the highest quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring guest rooms are maintained to a high standard in cleanliness and presentation.
  • Cleaning rooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities efficiently.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests for amenities or additional items.

ABOUT YOU:

Your skills will include:

  • Experience in hotel housekeeping operations is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, with strong communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail in cleaning and presentation.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service and meeting quality standards.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
