Overview

Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Multiple positions available. This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
  • Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Confidently recommending food and beverage options.
  • Serving Food & Beverages: Providing professional and efficient service, while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.
Hourly rates

Monday – Friday: $31.19 per hour
Saturday: $37.43 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour

Qualifications
  • A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar role.
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
