About the Role

We're excited to be establishing a new branch in Burleigh Heads. This is an opportunity to be part of a start-up team led by a highly experienced Laboratory Manager, playing a key role in building a strong foundation for our future growth in the region.

We're looking for experienced Soil Technicians who are ready to take on a variety of responsibilities, including field and laboratory testing across a broad range of methods, following site Health & Safety procedures, and liaising directly with contractors, clients, and internal staff.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working with autonomy, and wants to make a real impact as part of a small but growing team.

To be successful you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CMT
  • Strong knowledge of Australian, TMR and TfNSW Test Methods
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Reliability, a solid work ethic, and physical fitness for manual handling tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
  • Radiation Nuke Licence
  • OHS Construction White Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence
