Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join an award-winning and world-leading brand during a period of hyper-growth. We're seeking a passionate self-starter with a keen eye for design to help elevate the Otivo brand.

As the designer at Otivo, you'll be a team player, working across UI design, marketing, and brand materials. Video or animation skills would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the brand, product, and development teams to create and implement user interfaces for our financial advice platform.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive and user-centric design for our digital interfaces.
  • Create engaging video content aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals and create great design solutions.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest visual design/UI/UX trends and techniques to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
  • Create and maintain marketing and brand assets.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Education and required skills

  • Minimum of four years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces developed for web and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in video creation/editing tools and experience in video production.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised, energetic, and customer-oriented.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
