About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Treatment Coordinatorto join our specialist dental team.

You will work with our senior dental team where you will guide patients through their treatment journey, clearly explaining plans, costs, and options. You'll also act as the main point of contact for complex or multi-stage cases and support junior coordinators.

Working closely with clinical and management teams, you'll contribute to high-level patient care strategies and continuous improvement across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and coordinate treatment plans with clarity and empathy, including cost discussions, payment options, and follow-ups to support patient acceptance.

Act as the key contact for complex or multi-phase treatments, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and continuity of care.

Collaborate with clinical and management teams to improve workflows, monitor treatment acceptance, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Contribute to marketing and patient engagement efforts to support practice growth.

You'll Be Perfect for This Role if You Have:

3–5 years' experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental or healthcare setting (private practice experience preferred).

Experience in implant-focused practices is highly regarded.

Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment workflows.

Strong background in patient communication and customer service.

Skilled in managing sensitive financial discussions with empathy and professionalism.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dental4Windows or similar).
