Overview

A great opportunity exists for a Principal Financial Adviser to join Zurich Assure, offering specialised insurance advice to an extensive portfolio of clients. Zurich Assure is Zurich's Australian life insurance advice business, committed to helping all who need it find the cover they live for. It combines specialist life insurance advisers and expertise, with digital tools that make the advice process quick and simple – the way life insurance advice should be.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively nurture and grow the advice business by providing exceptional advice services and deepening client relationships.
  • Deliver tailored advice solutions to meet clients' protection goals, while continuously listening, caring, coaching and advising them.
  • Collaborate across the business and utilise digital technology and data to enhance Zurich's efficient and compliant advice model.
  • Manage workflow and activity across a team of advisers to ensure advice is delivered efficiently and activity levels meet business requirements.
  • Engage effectively with customers and stakeholders and demonstrate strong influencing skills.
  • Adapt to new processes, ways of working, and client engagement models.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and deliver advice solutions across digital channels.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, including excellent presentation skills.
  • FASEA qualified.
