Develop, maintain, and report on integrated schedules across multiple workstreams and dependencies.

Monitor project health by analysing milestones, work completed, and dependency status.

Support risk and issue management in alignment with the Risk Framework.

Assess risk mitigation effectiveness and contribute to residual risk evaluation.

Maintain accurate and timely program and project logs, ensuring strong governance and oversight.

Assist in preparing change impact assessments, project board reports, and decision-making documents.

Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and project governance boards.

Uphold high standards in information management and record keeping.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project or program support roles (e.g., Program Analyst, PMO Analyst, or Project Coordinator).

Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

Experience in procurement and contract management (labour and non-labour).

Solid understanding of risk, schedule, and dependency management in complex project environments.

Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and manage multiple priorities.

This is an initial 12 month contract, and has to be Brisbane based, but there is flexibility, its typically 1 / 2 days a week in the office.
