Responsibilities
  • You are the face of Optus delivering customer service brilliance powered by optimism
  • Learn about our tech products and services and explain them in an easy-to-understand way
  • Provide personalized solutions and product expertise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming environment and memorable moments for customers
