About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and people-first Cluster Manager to lead our 4 store teams within the Miranda region.

This is a full-time position, averaging 38 hours per week.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role

    • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team across 4 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs, and profit targets

      • Analyze reports to make commercial decisions that drive your stores

        • Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service

          • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop your team to achieve goals

            • Confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback

              • Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills to structure your days effectively
