About You

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, providing therapy in both individual and group settings, and developing appropriate discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team.

This role is suited for a skilled Physiotherapist capable of working across various clinical areas including orthopaedics, acute surgical services, sub-acute medical, inpatient rehabilitation, day rehabilitation, and outpatient services.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and deliver high-quality, customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent with AHPRA registration.
  • Ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgment, and complex decision-making at an advanced level of practice.
  • Ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practices within assessment and treatment protocols.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of clinical experience (preferred).
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • High level of time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in an acute or rehabilitation hospital setting.
  • Interest or experience in outpatient or private practice settings is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility, team orientation, and readiness to adapt quickly.

Remuneration: Salary commensurate with experience
