About the Role:We are seeking a Dental Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator passionate about patient care and interested in developing into a Practice Manager. This role is central to our patient experience and administrative operations. Flexibility exists for full-time, permanent, or casual employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Manage appointment bookings, recalls, and rescheduling
- Perform reception and administrative duties, including processing HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions
- Coordinate lab work (sending/receiving)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and staff areas
- Provide occasional chairside assistance to clinical staff when needed

You will bring:- A welcoming and professional phone manner
- Excellent grooming and presentation (office attire required)
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech savviness and familiarity with modern software tools
- At least 1 year of dental reception experience
- Customer service background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with dental management software (highly regarded)
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business
- Previous dental assisting or chairside experience
- A passion for 80's music and trends (bonus points)
