ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Retail Sales Assistants to join our teams at our stores located in Hawksburn Village, Prahran and Emporium Melbourne. Long term casual positions are available 2-4 days per week preferable. Some flexibility may be required to also work across both our stores at times as well as some occasional weekend days as per a rotating roster.

Your role is to partner closely with the Manager to lead by example. Your responsibility will be to assist the team to deliver exceptional customer service and to drive store sales.

THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE -

Strong experience in a fashion retail sales environment

A passion for retail, our products and providing exceptional customer service to our loyal client base.

Strength in Visual Merchandising and styling experience an advantage

To follow Brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes

Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales

Provide exceptional customer service

Strong command of English with excellent personal presentation and grooming are mandatory

Maturity combined with high motivation who can demonstrate initiative
