Fast-growing, profitable SaaS business rapidly emerging as a key player are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS.

You'll work closely with our customers — and cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering — to ensure users get the most value from our platform. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves solving customer problems, building strong relationships, and turning great software into even better outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive product adoption and engagement across your portfolio of accounts
  • Build strong relationships with all customers through regular contact
  • Run training sessions (1:1 and group) to upskill users and introduce new features
  • Be heavily involved in renewal conversations whilst Identifying opportunities for expansion, renewal, and upsell — and partner with Sales to drive them
  • Constantly seek to improve processes, playbooks, and touchpoints across the customer journey

Candidates should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you're confident dealing with technical and non-technical users alike
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation — you can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
  • A track record of driving product adoption and customer outcomes
  • Experience using CRM coupled with a passion for helping customers succeed — you're empathetic, responsive, and love problem-solving
  • Familiarity with data — you use it to drive action and track results
  • A collaborative working style and genuine interest in improving the customer experience

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, or tech
  • A strong desire for communication over the phone
  • Familiarity with onboarding journeys, customer lifecycle models, or success metrics
  • A bit of technical curiosity

$90–110K + Super
