Job Description

Join the Acute Care Mental Health Team, delivering urgent mental health assessments, risk management, brief interventions, and coordinated referrals for adults in crisis. Work within a collaborative team committed to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.

  • Conduct mental health assessments & crisis interventions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for care & discharge planning
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic support
Experience
  • Social Worker, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor (AHPRA/AASW registration as applicable)
  • Experience in acute or community mental health
  • Strong crisis assessment & intervention skills
  • Valid NSW driver's licence
  • NSW Working With Children Check

Contract: 12 weeks with potential extension
