Senior Civil Designer – Mining & Infrastructure– Major Project

Who are TSS?

Founded in 2018, TSS is a WA-based recruitment agency specialising in placing skilled professionals into mining, energy, and infrastructure projects across Australia.

We work closely with top-tier EPCMs, consultancies, and owner-operators to support major project delivery. Many of our team have hands-on industry experience, so we get the technical and logistical challenges involved.

What will you be doing?

This is a senior design role within a global EPCM, supporting large mining and infrastructure projects. You'll lead civil design deliverables across multidiscipline teams, coordinate 3D modelling workflows, and ensure alignment with project and client requirements.

Ideal for someone with a strong civil background, experience in 12D, and a track record of delivering road and earthworks designs within the resources sector.

What you'll need

  • Civil design experience in mining, energy or infrastructure

  • Strong skills in 12D; Civil 3D or Inroads also beneficial

  • Experience leading teams and delivering large projects

  • Background in road design or large earthworks is essential

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
