Position: Disability Portfolio Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Disability Portfolio Manager to lead our Home Division services in the Toowoomba region. You will guide your teams to assist clients according to their NDIS plans and goals. This key role involves overseeing operations, team leadership, and management to motivate and navigate your dedicated teams. You will manage the day-to-day operations of clients and staff within a portfolio of residential home services and be a vital leader within our team in Toowoomba.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor Qualification in Human Services or a related field is required.
  • Background experience in disability support services and understanding of large team management.
  • Hands-on experience as a support worker is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the local area and surrounds.
  • Willingness to travel across residential homes in Toowoomba.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage site-based services within the disability sector for at least 2 years.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially in emergency or crisis situations.
  • Willing to obtain or hold current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Criminal History Check, and a valid driver's license with comprehensive insurance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain knowledge of Endeavour Foundation's services and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  2. Lead and support direct reports in resolving escalations from families, carers, and advocates.
  3. Develop and retain a qualified workforce committed to person-centric supports and social inclusion.
  4. Build the portfolio as a centre of excellence in disability accommodation services.
  5. Encourage innovative approaches to improve service quality and streamline processes.
