Our clinic in Campsie is currently seeking a Chief Medical Imaging Technologist to join the team.

The role is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, working Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Our Campsie clinic provides modalities including X-Ray, OPG, BMD, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.

Role Overview:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise the day-to-day management and operations of the clinic.
  • Perform routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards.
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting collaboration, motivation, and retention.
  • Manage a core technical team that rotates through other clinics in the Inner West.
  • Work with senior staff to plan and manage daily workforce requirements, including staff rostering, leave planning, and general leave management.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and review work practices to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:

Current AHPRA and EPA Radiation Licence or ASAR Registration.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proven leadership experience.

Strong work ethic and commitment to I-MED Radiology Network's values.
