Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers for multiple positions inSutherland Shireand Surrounding areas including-

Caringbah, Caringbah South, Lilli Pilli, Port Hacking, Bundeena, Engadine, Heathcote, Maianbar, Waterfall, Woronora, Woronora Heights, Yarrawarrah, Gymea, Kareela, Sylvania, Sylvania Heights, Sylvania Waters, Yowie Bay, Miranda, Cronulla, Kurnell, Taren Point, Woolooware, Bonnet Bay, Como, Jannali, Kirrawee, Oyster Bay, Alfords Point, Bangor, Barden Ridge, Illawong, Loftus, Menai and Sutherland

You will be reporting to the Sutherland branch and expected to travel across Sutherland Shire and St Gerorge areas as part of your role.

  • Permanent Part-timecontracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
  • $ $34.16 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

  • Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
  • Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
  • Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
  • Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
  • Willing to travel across all suburbs that the branch services

We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification

  • Disability Support Worker
  • Community Services/ Mental Health worker
  • Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
  • Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing

You could be an experienced Support Worker or even new to the industry coming from experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.
