Job Responsibilities :

  • Programming to develop 2D and 3D geometrical parts
  • 4 and 5 axis programming using MasterCAM software
  • Program and analyze new job orders
  • Update existing programs and setup sheets
  • Creates work instructions in the form of setup sheets
  • Troubleshoots programs on the CNC Floor
  • Identifies special tooling and requisitions
  • Work with Manufacturing Engineers on machining processes
  • Maintain the highest degree of safety always
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

5 years' experience programming 4 & 5 axis CNC machines using MasterCAM5 years'CNC milling experienceTooling, fixturing, and material knowledge along with the ability to read blueprintsHigh speed machining experienceStrong communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in and thrive in a fast-paced environment
