Build the Future is Prysmian's Graduate Program, now in its 15th edition. The program provides an immersive experience from day 1, starting with a one-week Global Induction in Milan led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a top-ranking business school. After induction, you will participate in a one-year job rotation in two departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites. After the first year, you will take a role in the country you were hired in for 12 months aligned to business needs and your interests. The position will be technical and based in one of our production sites. After the second year, you will begin an international assignment for a duration of 3 years in one of Prysmian\'s 50+ countries. You will learn new ways of working, acquire technical knowledge, and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. At the end of your international assignment and returning to your hiring country, you will be ready to take on a new technical responsibility within Prysmian.
