What we are looking for :
- Exceptional one-on-one selling skills with outstanding customer service
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across our seven-day store roster
What you will be doing :
- Providing professional and personalised service to help customers find their ideal jewellery pieces
- Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
- Completing in-house training to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and policies & procedures
- Handling operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and housekeeping
