About us

We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.

Since we began in 2015, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

To do a great job, you'll need:

• Experience supporting people with a physical disability including transfers/use of equipment and confident in hoisting.
• Experience in personal care (showering and dressing).
• Assistance with domestic duties.
• Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.
• Great patience and willingness to build rapport with our clients.
• Willingness to work with a care team approach and incorporate the guidance of professionals, including supporting clients with their physio programs and community access.
• Good judgement, common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts. Commitment to ongoing shifts is required.
• Full driver's license and willingness to provide transport in your own vehicle (reimbursement for costs is provided).
