As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Located just minutes from Caloundra's stunning beaches and close to shopping centres, schools, and public transport, Goodstart Caloundra offers care and education for children aged 15 months to 6 years. We are a community-focused centre that values connection, creativity and collaboration. Our vision, "Together as a family, for children," guides everything we do.

• Working in a full-time floating position where you'll support Early Childhood Professionals across all age groups and rooms, bringing consistency, flexibility and strong leadership to daily routines.
  
  

As an Educational Leader, you will have 5 dedicated hours per week to:

• Collaborate with Early Childhood Professionals on curriculum planning and documentation
• Guide and mentor the team to uphold the National Quality Standard
• Lead reflective practice to enhance learning outcomes
• Promote community connections that enrich the learning environment

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
