Job Title: Content Creator – Social Media (Part-Time)

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Work Hours: 4 hours per week (On-site at New Smiles Dental)

Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour (Depending on experience)

Commitment: Ongoing

About the Role:

We seek a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team at New Smiles Dental in Melbourne. This part-time role involves visiting our clinic weekly for 4 hours to produce engaging social media content showcasing our dental services, patient transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable scripting, filming, and capturing raw video and audio to create 4-6 content pieces per visit. If you have a knack for storytelling and can turn everyday dental care into engaging content, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit New Smiles Dental weekly for 4 hours to create content.
  • Plan and script content ideas in line with brand guidelines.
  • Capture raw video and audio for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
  • Work closely with the dental team to highlight services, patient stories, and clinic experiences.
  • Ensure high-quality footage, lighting, and sound while filming.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content formats.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
  • Confident in filming, scripting, and directing short-form content.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in content planning.
  • Owns a smartphone with a high-quality camera or basic filming equipment.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Creative mindset and ability to capture engaging, story-driven content.
