On a Typical Day You'll
- Lead the development and execution of strategic digital campaigns across web, social media, and email platforms.
- Oversee the content, accessibility, and user experience of PMHC's website.
- Provide insightful reporting and analytics to optimise digital performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyse digital trends and community sentiment to inform strategy.
- Offer expert guidance and support on digital content creation and platform optimisation.
- Collaborate with teams to provide training, coaching, and support to empower positive outcomes.
- Extensive experience driving digital communications strategies and initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking with a proven ability to deliver measurable, impactful results.
- Expertise in using digital analytics tools and turning data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative leader with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A deep understanding of brand and how to apply key principles across digital channels.

Remuneration And Benefits
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent 35 hours per week
Salary (exclusive of super): Starting range between $94,301 to $105,552 depending on skills and experience
