About the role:

We have two permanent, part-time opportunities for 33.5 hours and 31.5 hours per fortnight at our service in Moolap. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, including personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

We work on a fortnightly roster, with work weeks running Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are as follows:

Line A – 33.5 hours
  • Week 1
  • Thursday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
  • Friday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
  • Sunday 9am – 1pm (4 hours)
  • Wednesday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
    • Week 2
    • Thursday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
    • Friday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
    • Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
    • Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
    Line B – 31.5 hours
    • Week 1
    • Thursday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
    • Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
    • Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
    • Monday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)

      • Monday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
