About the role:
We have two permanent, part-time opportunities for 33.5 hours and 31.5 hours per fortnight at our service in Moolap. As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, including personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
We work on a fortnightly roster, with work weeks running Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are as follows:
Line A – 33.5 hours- Week 1
- Thursday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
- Friday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
- Sunday 9am – 1pm (4 hours)
- Wednesday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
- Week 2
- Thursday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
- Friday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
- Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
- Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
- Week 1
- Thursday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours)
- Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover
- Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)
- Monday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
- Week 2
- Friday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours)
- Monday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover
- Tuesday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours)

Required compliance documents if successful:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
