Position : Peak Casual Team Member PM Shifts Cotton On DC, September 2025-February 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE

We seek driven and motivated individuals to join our Distribution Centre as Holiday Casual DC Team Members during the peak season Multiple warehouse roles will be available over the coming months within our DC Team.

All roles involve supporting your team and other departments to ensure smooth operations, using correct systems, equipment, and safety procedures, along with other operational tasks. Depending on daily needs, team members may work across various departments. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills across different warehouse functions and grow within Cotton On. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Warehouse picking experience is advantageous
  • Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 14kg
  • Ability to walk approximately 8km per shift

AVAILABILITY

Full-time availability is required, including weekends, with flexibility for outside standard hours when needed. Our PM shifts are scheduled from 12 PM to 6 AM, with potential staggered start times.
