Due to the continuous success and growth of our team, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Assistant Store Manager - Operations for our Samsung store in Chadstone, VIC.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG's values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the RPG community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers
  • Operational compliance within back of house
  • Inventory management and data accuracy
  • Supporting customer escalations
  • Providing technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or services
  • Developing a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement
  • Completion of rosters
  • Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience within a Service, Stock Management or Operations role
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
  • Experience in Winning the Day through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
