About You
  • Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or desire to step up into the role
  • Experience in subdivisions with coverage of civils and roadworks
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans
  • Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
  • Current Driver Licence
  • Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety standards
