Overview

Lead Dentist position at our well-established DB Dental Brighton practice. You will support and lead the team to deliver the highest level of care and service with a compassionate approach that puts patients at ease.

About the Practice

We are a thriving, busy 4-chair practice with a friendly patient base. Our Practice Manager has been with DB Dental for over 9 years, and we pride ourselves on a loyal, high-retention team. The practice stays up to date with the latest digital technology and is equipped with an OPG, iTero and intra-oral cameras.

About the Role

As the Lead Dentist, you'll motivate and empower your team, combining dental excellence with superior interpersonal skills to ensure the practice meets objectives and every patient receives a wholly positive experience.

Skills & Experience
  • You have:
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Dentist in Australia, with high clinical skills and standards
  • Previous Leadership and Mentoring Experience (Desirable)
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration
  • An appropriate qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
  • Current professional indemnity insurance
    • You are:
    • An organized problem-solver with a strong work ethic
    • A team player with the ability to manage and coach others
    • Open-minded, empathetic and understanding
    • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation

National Dental Care (NDC) was founded in 2013 and has grown to over 90 practices across Australia, including the DB Dental network with over 20 practices in Perth.
