The Role :

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, as Store Manager - Northlakes, you will be responsible for achieving the store's financial targets and key performance indicators, while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.

What to expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
  • Develop your team's talent and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets.
  • Showcase your visual merchandising expertise by creating a welcoming and visually captivating environment.
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses efficiently, maintaining a focus on commercial acumen.
  • Manage stock in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to peers and management.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.

Note: Rotating fortnightly roster

What can we expect from you?

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create effective rosters.
