Joining as an Apprentice

School and College Leavers can apply to join through our 1 year Apprenticeship Scheme (extendable to two years). This will provide an opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience working on live finance projects while studying for an internationally recognised accounting and finance qualification. Coming out of our apprenticeship you will be set up with a market beating set of professional skills, qualifications and experience highly sought after in the finance market.

The Apprenticeship Programme

Apprentices can work within our teams to support on a variety of projects. The programme will be geared around developing both financial analysis skills through practical experience and professional accounting expertise through classroom learning. Apprentices will complete the programme with an internationally recognised accounting qualification and a portfolio of experience working on high profile finance projects.

What you will be doing

As an apprentice you will be supporting in the financial analysis of businesses. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply data analytics techniques to real data sets in real projects while being supported in studying towards a chartered accountancy qualification.

• Minimum Grade 6 GCSE - Literacy skills will be covered further in our Assessment Tests
• Grade 6+ GCSE in Maths - Numeracy skills will be covered further in our Assessment Tests
• Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Word will be required and assessed.
• A*A*A - ABB at A Level - Preferably consisting of 1 or more STEM, Finance or Business Related Subjects (if applicable)
