Senior Operations Quality Analyst - SuperannuationLocation: Melbourne
DescriptionThis role provides analytical, technical, and consultative support to internal and external clients, focusing on system and process improvements in Superannuation administration and management. Responsibilities include configuration, scripting, testing, documentation, system enhancement contributions, defect resolution, and cyclical reviews such as end-of-year changes.
Job Responsibilities- Provide subject matter expertise in superannuation and the Apex platform.
- Support UAT by preparing test cases, executing scripts, documenting outcomes, and managing defect resolution.
- Participate in incident reviews, root cause analysis, and documentation updates.
- Engage in end-of-year system reviews, legislative updates, and data transitions.
- Collaborate across the full SDLC with internal teams and clients.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements using industry best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Gather requirements and support solution design and implementation.
- Deliver system design specifications, configuration documents, and integration plans.
- Configure Apex and related systems for tailored client solutions.
- Maintain technical and user documentation, including training materials.
- Contribute to scripting tasks within Apex environments.
- Experience in a systems or business analyst role within Australian financial services or superannuation.
- Deep knowledge of superannuation systems, preferably with Apex and Acurity experience.
- Familiarity with UAT frameworks, incident management, and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret legislative changes and apply them to systems.
- Willingness to participate in cyclical reviews and compliance activities.
