Genesis Hyundai is opening a state-of-the-art new dealership in Mountain View, CA, and we're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to help lead our service team from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a dealership at the ground level and play a key role in shaping its success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and train our service technician team in a modern, brand-new facility.
  • Oversee shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs when needed.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to streamline workflow.
  • Establish and maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a senior technician or shop foreman (Hyundai/Genesis background a huge plus).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a new team.
  • ASE or Hyundai/Genesis certifications strongly preferred.
  • High standards for quality, safety, and customer-first service.
  • Excitement about being part of a brand-new dealership launch.
