We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our client, a dynamic organization undergoing a substantial merger and transformative change initiative. In this pivotal consulting role, you will identify opportunities to streamline and enhance business systems, eliminate redundant processes, and deliver measurable cost savings.

What You Will Do:
  1. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to deeply understand current processes and systems.
  2. Identify and articulate areas for improvement, highlighting waste, duplication, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  3. Develop compelling, well-structured business cases to clearly justify strategic changes, detailing both productivity enhancements and financial benefits.
  4. Engage stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating the rationale and expected outcomes of proposed improvements.
  5. Play a critical role in facilitating change management, ensuring buy-in and smooth transition towards new, efficient business operations.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within consulting engagements or large-scale transformation programs.
  2. Demonstrable expertise in crafting robust business cases, clearly linking process improvement initiatives to financial results.
  3. Strong financial acumen with the ability to quantify and communicate cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  5. Experience within merger or acquisition scenarios is highly advantageous.
