Join Bendigo Health as a Graduate Occupational Therapist in Mental Health, working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment with excellent clinical exposure.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Plan, implement, document, and evaluate occupational therapy assessments and treatments for identified patient groups.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to meet unit, program, and organisational objectives focused on consumer recovery.
- Engage in formal training, regular supervision, reflective practice, and on-the-job learning within the graduate development program.
- Complete two six-month clinical rotations in Mental Health and Wellbeing Service areas.
- Attend a monthly study day facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit and complete required assessments for program completion.
The company is looking for:
- Newly registered Occupational Therapists seeking to transition to professional practice.
- Individuals dedicated to mental health and passionate about career growth in this field.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality clinical services.
- Salary: $2,783.20 per hour (excluding superannuation).
- Fixed Term Full Time position, 80 hours per fortnight including ADO every 4 weeks.
