About the position

Our Balance team embraces a fitness and wellness lifestyle with enthusiasm. Classes offered at our Mayfield and New Lambton locations include:

  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Cycle
  • Small group functional training

While your primary focus will be group fitness, you may also assist with memberships, inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities during peak periods.
