Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee the end to end recruitment process, support managers with on-boarding and probation requirements.
  • Assist in the planning of change and project initiatives.
  • Support the performance review and goal-setting process, including coaching managers and conducting performance discussions.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs, engage with external training providers, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
Key Requirements
  • Experience within recruitment is necessary.
  • Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
