Occupational Physiotherapist - Sydney (Monday – Friday, full-time)

Full-time role with a combination of onsite physiotherapy work with corporate clients and work from our Sydney clinic. The clinic is centrally located in the CBD, near the Royal Botanic Gardens, Circular Quay and the Opera House. The role suits Physiotherapists who want a little less hands-on stress but who want to keep clinical problem-solving skills active.

Experience in Occupational Physiotherapy is not a prerequisite, as we provide training to upskill you to work in Occupational Health. You will also have access to ongoing fortnightly training and a structured clinical professional development program within Biosymm.

Services provided include onsite physiotherapy, injury management, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, office ergonomics and training services. Remuneration package: $90,000 – $100,000 (plus superannuation) based on experience.

  • Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to contribute to a positive work culture
  • Resilience and the ability to think and problem solve in high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated empathy and a passion to learn and grow quickly in alignment with a fast, growing national organisation
