Principal Enterprise Architect

I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a Principal Enterprise Architect.
This position is based in Canberra.
This is an initial contract until 30 June 2026 with 2 x 12 month extension options, requiring Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain a baseline clearance.
Key requirements include:
- 5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within Australian Government departments
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF
- Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable architecture deliverables
- Ability to design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks and artefacts in complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical domains
- Ability to coach and support teams in applying architecture best practices
- Deep understanding of Australian Government digital policies, architecture standards, and whole-of-government strategies, including alignment with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA)
