Overview

Giggle and Learn Early Childcare and Education PYMBLE is excited to announce that we are looking for passionate, dedicated and innovative Early Childhood Educators to join our Brand-New state-of-the-art purpose-built Centre.

We have already built a kind and passionate team and are now seeking the additions of:

  • Diploma Qualified Room Leader of our 0-2 Space (WT Considered)
  • Diploma OR Certificate III Qualified Room Educators

The 62-place service is modern and vastly resourced, ready for strong educators to provide high quality education and care for all children and their families.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other educators to plan and implement the educational program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, current approaches, theorists and research in early childhood education. Our play-based curriculum encourages children to become active learners that investigate, explore and solve problems. We provide a warm, social and connected environment for children to build these skills within.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with other educators to plan and implement the educational program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and current theories and research in early childhood education. Provide a play-based, child-centered learning environment that supports active inquiry, exploration and problem solving. Contribute to building secure, respectful relationships with children and families.

Qualifications
  • An ACECQA approved Certificate III OR Diploma OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Approved Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (ACECQA Approved)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, Government Laws and Regulations, and the Early Years Learning Framework in practice
  • A genuine passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
