Graduate Program at Colin Biggers & Paisley offers a 15-month rotation through practice areas with mentorship and real legal experience.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Participate in a 15-month graduate program with rotations across three different practice groups including Property, Construction, Insurance, and Corporate Dispute Resolution
  • Work closely with solicitors and partners to gain practical legal experience
  • Engage in meaningful, complex work that supports client needs and firm objectives
  • Access a wide range of resources and participate in the annual Graduate Development Program in Sydney
  • Contribute to the firm's culture of collaboration, innovation, and work-life balance
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Law graduates motivated and passionate about Property, Construction, Insurance, and Corporate Dispute Resolution
  • Individuals with fast learning agility, self-motivation, goal orientation, adaptability, and client focus
  • Candidates with strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular and community activities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative work approach
  • Authentic and genuine individuals who aspire to contribute to the community through the Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation
